Choose Marketing & Autopilot from the left menu which is highlighted in magenta below
Choose Audiences
Search for the audience by entering the audience name or a portion of it into the search bar and click the magnifying glass
Choose the Audience by clicking on the name
Search for the contacts and then choose them by putting a tick in the box to the left of their name
Once you have chosen who you wish to E-Mail or send an SMS to, click on one of the two buttons:
For SMS, choose the sender and type the message. Please keep an eye on the character counter in the top right corner in order to not go over the limit.
Marketing tick - It is required by GDPR that if you are sending marketing SMS, you must have a way to unsubscribe. Tick this box to add the unsubscribe link to the SMS - it will add 20 characters to your SMS.
Click send to send the SMS immediately or the clock to schedule for a later date and time
For E-Mail, choose the sender and write the subject.
Choose the Audience by clicking on the name
Search for the contacts and then choose them by putting a tick in the box to the left of their name
Your logo will pre-populate. Type in the email and click Send to send it immediately or the clock to schedule for a later date
