To send an SMS to everyone Audience you have built, click on Marketing & Autopilot which is highlighted in magenta below
Choose Audiences
Search for the audience by entering the audience name or a portion of it into the search bar and click the magnifying glass
Choose the Audience by clicking on the name
Choose Send Bulk SMS
Choose the sender and type the SMS. Please remember to check the character counter in the top right corner. Marketing tick - this is to add an unsubscribe link to your SMS. It is required by GDPR that every marketing SMS has the ability to unsubscribe. It will add 20 characters to your SMS.
You can send the SMS immediately by clicking on send or schedule it for a later date by clicking on the clock and choosing a date and time.
Pick the date and click on the clock to choose the time to send in the future. Click schedule.
