When you book a market appraisal through Lifesycle, you have the option to send out an email to confirm the appointment with the default text set up by ourselves, the text customized by your company owner, or you can also edit the default text before sending.
Once the appointment has been created, click the 3 dots of the right of the appointment and click Send Quik SMS & Email to send without editing, or click Edit and Send SMS & Email to edit before sending.

Please Note: All text in [[ bold brackets ]] is code. The relevant information will be pulled from Lifesycle to populate these fields.
Once you have been to the market appraisal appointment, you will build your market appraisal on Lifesycle. Then, an email gets sent to the vendor with a link to the market appraisal presentation that you have created. Again, you can send default text setup by ourselves, the text customized by your company owner or you can edit and send the email.

When an MA report is sent out to a potential vendor, they may ask a question to you within the presentation. Once this question has been asked an email goes back to the potential vendor, thanking them for their question and informing them that you will be in touch soon.
