In Bulk Mail and Bulk SMS, you are able to track each of the bulk messages you send out.
Click on statistics.
Choose Bulk Mail stats or Bulk SMS stats
The name of the email (or sms), the audience it was sent to, how many it was sent to and when for each email or sms are listed here. Click on the name or the arrow to the right to view details
See how the message looked by clicking Preview Email Template or Preview SMS. Click on info to see the audience and sender
See who it was sent to, who opened or clicked on the link and other delivery information. Click on the different headers (pictured below) to see a list of the contacts.
You can send them another sms or email here as well as sort the results
