We now have a new feature in which contacts can request a viewing from your Lifesycle property website page. This then comes through to your leads and you can directly book that viewing from the lead itself.
Let's take a look at how this works. First of all, let's take a look at how this looks to your contacts who are looking to book viewings from your Lifesycle property website.
when they are on the Lifesycle property website, they just need to click on a property, then click on viewing and more info.
This opens up a pop up where they will select whether they want a viewing, enter in all of their details, and select a date and time when they would like to view the property. If the contact is already registered with a search profile, their details will auto populate the fields, and the only thing they will have to edit is the date and time of the requested viewing appointment, and the message to the agent.
Then the contact will click send after entering/checking all of their info.
They will then receive this message.
This will then come through to your unassigned leads.
Click on the 3 dots and click 'detail'.
From here you can see the requested viewing date and time.
We can now book the viewing directly from this lead. If go to the top right corner and click on 'action' we can then click on 'book a viewing'
If the contact is registered with a search profile, then a viewing appointment pop up will show, and the requested date and time of the appointment will be auto populated.
You can edit this time and date and any other details if you need too. If everything is correct, just select the appointment type and then click create.
You will then see that the action is completed and the lead is closed automatically because an appointment has been booked.
If the contact does not have a search profile, then you will receive the following pop up when you try to book the viewing.
As you can see, it informs you that the client has been sent an email informing them to create a search profile. Here is how this email looks.
Once they have a search profile you can book the viewing easily as previously shown. If you do not want to wait for the contact to create their search profile, you can create the search profile for them by clicking 'create search profile' in the pop up.
Once you click this you can create a search profile for the contact as you normally would and then book them in for a viewing.
