IMPORTANT NOTE: Once an offer is fallen through, it can not be re-instated, made active, or reverted back to accepted. If you fall through an offer and then need to re-instate it, you need to go back to the viewing from the applicant and record a NEW offer.
If you need to fall through an accepted offer, all you need to do is go to the sales progression of that offer and at the bottom you will see a button that says 'Fall Through Offer'
Then select the date and time the offer fell through, and leave a note as to why it fell through.
You can then also change the status of the property back to available, which will update the portals and the Lifesycle search. You do not have to do this.
Then press save.
