There are multiple ways to add an alarm code to a property. In this article we are going to look at adding in the alarm code from the key management page.
First go to operations >> Key Management.
Once you are in the key management page, click the 'add new key/alarm' button on the top left of the screen.
Then search the address of the property that you wish to add the alarm code on to and select the property.
Then click 'add key/alarm' and then click 'new alarm'.
Then enter in the alarm name, alarm code, and any notes that need to be added.
You then have the option to upload a photo. This can be really useful if the alarm panel is hidden and is particularly difficult to find.
To do this, click the icon with the plus sign, then select the photos from your device. You are allowed a maximum of 7 photos.
Once all of the alarm detail are in, click add.
