We have the ability to filter through our viewing feedback by the interest level of the applicant.
When looking at viewings from either the property profile, search profile or viewings page in operations, simply click the interest level button and select the viewings you would like to see from the filter.
Now let's take a look at the rules which determines whether someone is interested or not.
There are two questions on viewing feedback which determines someones interest level.
Would you like another viewing?
Would you like to make an offer?
If either of these questions are answered 'Yes' = Interested
If non of the questions where answered 'Yes' but at least one question was answered 'Unsure' = Unsure
If both questions are answered no = Not Interested
If non of the questions were answered = Unknown
