We have the ability to have a quick preview of the viewing feedback without having to click in to the feedback detail itself.
In order to do this, on any viewings page (Operations >> Viewings, Viewings on property profile, or viewings on contact search profile) simply hover over the status of the viewing with your mouse and the viewing feedback will appear in place of the viewing and feecback status.
Lets take a closer look.
Price seems fair correlates to the 'what do you think of the price?' question.
Any other notes that were left on the feedback by the contact show underneath that.
When you hover your mouse over the icons on the right, it shows you what question in correlates to on the feedback form.
The yellow stars correlate to the location/setting of the property.
The pink stars correlate to the condition of the property.
The thumb correlates to whether they would like another viewing.
The smiley correlates to whether they would like to make an offer.
If at any point you click on the icons or feedback information, it immediately opens up the full viewing feedback form.
If you want feedback to be showing at all times on completed viewings (without hovering over the status with the mouse) then you can click to 'show feedback' at the top of your viewing list.
All feedbacks that have been recieved will now show in place of the viewings without hovering your mouse. To stop this, click hide feedback.
