We can create invoices in Lifesycle, and we also have a centralised place where we can take a look at all of our invoices and mark them as paid etc.

First of all let's take a look at creating an invoice. To create an invoice, we need to go to the sales progression of any particular property. Once we are here we can see at the bottom we have a 'Create Invoice' button.

Once we have clicked on this button we can start to build our invoice.

Let's take a look at each section of the invoice. First up on the top left hand side we have your company details. If any of the tick boxes on the right are un-ticked, they will NOT be on the invoice.

Below that, we have the vendor, and the vendor solicitor details. Please note these are pulled over from the memorandum of sale.

Up on the top right we have the Bank Details.

Next you have the full invoice details.

Again, if any of the tick boxes on the right are un-ticked, that means that information will NOT be on the invoice.

Once you are done, click create.

You will then see a preview of your invoice and you will be able to print and download it. If you click on the 3 dots to the right of that, you can mark as paid, email it to the vendor solicitors, or cancel the invoice.

Now let's take a look at the centralised place where we can look at and manage all of our invoices. To find this, we need to go to Operations>>Invoices.

Here you have a list of all of your invoices and their current status.

If you click the 3 dots on the right of each invoice, you can preview the invoice (where you can download and print), go directly to the sales progression, set as paid/unpaid, send the invoice out to the vendor solicitor, or cancel the invoice.
