When in operations >> sales progression, we can see a list of all of our current accepted offers which are currently going through the sales progression.
But how do we see the accepted offers that have fallen through during the sales progression? It's easy. Simply click on the filter on the top right of the screen, select statuses, and then fallen through. You will then see all of your fallen through offers.
Fallen through offers can not be re-instated or made active again. If an offer has fallen through and you then need to re-instate it, you must go back to the viewing from the applicant and create a new offer from there.
