When in the sales progression, if we scroll down to the bottom too our private documents, we will see a document labelled 'Property Brochure'.

This document shows all the listing details of the property in question, and can be attached to the MOS email that both sets of solicitors will receive.

First, let's take a look at a preview of the property brochure. The first way to do this, is too double click on the document on the private files section of the sales progression.

The second way we do this, is by clicking through to the MOS, and then clicking preview, then property brochure.

Once we are in the preview, we can see the Property Brochure in more detail, and can download and print from here.

All of the information that is included in the property brochure is automatically pulled from the property profile and is created for you when the offer is accepted.

The Property brochure is also automatically attached to the MOS that gets sent to all parties. However, you can remove this by clicking the Edit and Send button on the MOS and then clicking edit next to any of the contacts.
