Uzair analyzes everything that is happening with your contact. MA's booked, viewings booked, contact engagement etc.
With this information, Uzair creates a personalised summary for each contact which sits on the Overview page of the contact detail.
To see this, go to the contact detail and click on the overview page. The Uzair Summary will show up directly beneath it.
As you can see, Uzair will breakdown the Risk signals detected, the next best actions for you to take as an agent, summary bullet points, and a full written summary along with recommendations of actions.
It is important to refresh the Uzair summary to ensure it is up to date. In order to refresh the Uzair summary, simply click on the curly arrows at the top left of the summary.
Hovering over the 'i' will tell you when the Contact Intelligence was last refreshed.
The confidence bar on the top right of the summary is Uzairs confidence.
It is NOT the confidence of the contact.
When Uzair has lots and lots of data and information to pull from, then it is more confident in the summary it gives back to you. The less data and information Uzair has on the contact, the less confident Uzair is with the summary it provides for you.
