When using Uzair, aswell as creating property descriptions, blogs, and generating vendor/landlord care reports, you can also ask Uzair to pull bits of information from your Lifesycle system and list it out for you or give you a generalised answer based on the data you have in your system.
To ask a question to uzair, simply type it out in the uzair toolbar at the top of any page in lifesycle, or in the 'ask me anything' box after opening up uzair as a full screen.
The specific breakdown of the types of questions that can be asked, and the categories they belong too, are as follows:
Property Details: Retrieve detailed information for a single property using its address or CRM ID.
Example: 'Give me detailed property information for 265 Orrell Road, Orrell, Wigan, WN5 8QU'
Property Listings: List properties from Lifesycle based on various criteria such as transaction type (sale or let), sales/letting status, address/postcode, number of bedrooms/bathrooms/reception rooms, property type, and style.
Example: List properties we have available over 3 bedrooms in Wigan.
PLEASE NOTE: When asking for a list, Uzair will provide the full number of properties included in your request, but will only list out the first 10 in table format.
Sales Performance: Calculate the percentage of asking price achieved for properties, with filters for status, type, address, valuer, and specific timeframes (based on completion or SSTC date).
Example: What percentage of asking price on sales properties did we achieve on semi detached properties that completed in 2025?
