Uzair 2.0 saves you time by helping you to create Vendor/Landlord care reports.
If you haven't already, update Uzair with your branding, tone of voice and more. Detailed instructions are available here: Training Uzair
You can access Uzair from several places in Lifesycle.
The first is the Uzair search bar available at the top of every page of Lifesycle.
Here you can click on the three dots and click 'Prepare vendor/landlord care'
If you are on a property profile page when you do this, Uzair will automatically generate the report for that specific property page you are on.
You can also just ask uzair to write the report using this search bar by typing something like 'create me a vendor care report for 6 st.james road'
The next way to access Uzair is to click on the icon in the left side menu.
Once Uzair is open, simply click on Prepare Vendor/Landlord Care
From here, you will need to add the address or the internal CRM ID.
You can find the internal CRM ID in the web address field of your browser
Once you are happy with your response, all you need to do is copy the answer in to an email template to send out to your vendor/landlord.
If you are not satisfied with your response, remember Uzair 2.0 is continuously learning and improving based on your responses. You can have a conversation with it such as, 'this is great but write it with less complex language' or 'please change all hyphens to commas'. Uzair will then rewrite and give you the updated information based on your feedback.
You can also give it a thumbs up or down to give feedback and Uzair will improve over time.
