Uzair can complete tasks like writing property descriptions, blog articles, and vendor care updates — but unlike before, you can now train it to work in a way that’s tailored to your brand.
To get the best out of Uzair 2.0, you must:

Each of the upcoming videos and tasks is designed to help you build a strong foundation with Uzair. Don’t skip or rush them — doing so will only make it harder for the AI to understand your business properly.Complete the Tone Document.
This is your first task. Think of it as something you'd give to a new team member to help them understand how your business communicates — what you like to say, how you say it, and what you avoid.DO NOT REQUEST EDIT ACCESS.
When you open the document from the work shop link, do not request edit access.
Go to File >> Download >> Microsoft word.
Remove the instructional prompts from the documents before uploading it into Uzair.
For example, delete lines like “write how you talk to clients” or “explain your tone” — the AI doesn’t need to see those, and they will only confuse it.
The final documents should read like a simple explanation of your tone and communication style — no formatting notes, no placeholder text.

Once you have your documents ready, it's time to put them in to Uzair so it can learn how you speak.
First, open Uzair.
Once you are in, you will see your username and branch on the lower left corner of the screen.
To upload the documents you have created in the workshop. Click on the folded paper icon with the arrow pointing up.
Then click on the plus icon to upload the documents.
Then select the document you wish to upload.
NOTE: Always start with your companies tone document first. Let Uzair learn your companies tone, then upload the property description, blog, and vendor care documents for the entire company. Then move on to your branches, and then move on to individuals.
Once you have selected your document, you will select how this document will be applied to Uzair. You will select whether this document is for the whole company, an individual branch, or just you.
Uzair will always prioritize the entire company tone when writing documents before working through branches and individuals.
Once you upload, you will be taken to your uploaded files, if you see the curly arrows rotating on the top right of your file, it means the document is in Uzair, but Uzair is reading through it and learning it to sound more like you.
Once Uzair has finished learning, the document will appear as normal.
Once your Tone Document for the company has been uploaded, you can then click on the plus sign on the top right corner of the pop up to add in the other documents for your Blog, Property Descriptions, and Vendor/Landlord Care reports that you completed during the workshop.
Remember: Start with the entire company tone document first. Uzair prioritizes this over everything. Then work through your entire company blog, property description and vendor/landlord documents you completed in the workshop.
Once all your documents are in, you will see that uzair will start to incorporate the instructions that you gave it when you ask it for things like blog content, property descriptions or vendor/landlord care.
To continue training Uzair, you can have a back and forth conversation with it to improve its responses, and you can also like or dislike responses it gives so it can remember what you like and dislike for future conversations.
