When entering in a mobile phone number, whether it be on a contact detail, MA appointment booking, buyer registration etc. You (and contacts filling out their own information online) have the ability to select the international dialling code for international mobile phone numbers.
The default dialling code will be the United Kingdom +44 code. To change this simply type in the country or the dialling code to change it.
If you copy and paste a full international phone number in to this section, the system will automatically detect the international dialling code and no manual selection will be needed.
Any invalid numbers will show with a warning, instructing you to enter a valid phone number.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SMS can only be sent to UK numbers. If you enter in an international number and try to send an SMS to that number through Lifesycle it will not send. If you have an audience with a mix of UK and international numbers, if you send a bulk SMS, the bulk send will skip any international numbers.
