BETA - Whatsapp Templates

Your whatsapp templates is a library of pre-approved message templates used for automated and manual WhatsApp communication.

In order to send Whatsapp messages from Lifesycle, you MUST set up your payment method in Meta.

To access your templates, go to settings >> Communication Hub Settings


Then go to Whatsapp Templates


What you'll see

Left panel: List of all templates with status badges — Approved, Pending, Rejected, Disabled.

Filter tabs: All · Approved · Pending · Rejected · Disabled — quickly narrow the list by status.

+ New Template button (pink): Opens the template creation form.

Right panel preview: WhatsApp phone mockup, Template Details (ID, Account, Category, Language, Status, Assigned To), Full Message Text, and defined Variables.

Delete button (red): Permanently removes the selected template. This action cannot be undone.

Assigned To: Dropdown to assign a template to the Company or a specific Branch.

How to use templates

Go to Settings › Communication Hub › WhatsApp Templates.

Use the filter tabs to show only templates with the status you need.

Click any template in the left list to preview its content and details on the right.

To create a new template, click the pink "+ New Template" button and fill in the form.

Use the "Assigned To" dropdown to assign the template to the Company or a specific Branch.

PLEASE NOTE: Templates must be Approved by WhatsApp/Meta before they can be sent. Pending templates cannot be used yet — approval typically takes a few minutes to 24 hours.

Variables: Placeholders like {{1}}, {{2}} are automatically replaced with real contact data (e.g. first name, appointment date) at send time.
