Before connecting Zoom to the Communication Hub, customers must have an active Zoom Phone Numbers subscription. All intended users should be invited to the Zoom account, assigned a phone number, and verified as active before proceeding with the integration.
Before Connecting to Lifesycle, to enure you get the full experience through lifesycle (conversation transcripts etc) it is important that you go in to your ZOOM SETTINGS and enable audio transcripts.
It is possible that these settings may look different, or be located in different areas depending on your Zoom account and access. If you are struggling to enable these settings, please make contact with Zoom support to assist you.
Once the above has been done, open Lifesycle, then go to settings >> Communication Hub Settings
Then go to Phone Calls and Add zoom Account
Then click connect via zoom
You will then be directed to sign in to your zoom account and connect through zoom.
Please Note: Make sure the user that signs in has admin priviledges on your zoom account for a successful integration.
After the connection is made, the account ID and name of the linked Zoom account will appear on screen. By default, all Lifesycle users are automatically mapped to a Zoom user. However, you can click on the Zoom account to manually assign any Zoom phone to any Lifesycle user, and a single user can be assigned to more than one Zoom phone.
Status must be Connected: Only accounts with a green Connected status will have their calls logged automatically.
Multiple accounts: If your organisation has more than one Zoom account, each must be added separately via the above proccess. They appear as separate rows in the table.
