What you'll see:
Call metadata: Date/time, duration, direction (Outbound/Inbound), caller and recipient numbers, and the assigned Lifesycle staff member.
AI Call Summary: Automatically generated summary including Purpose of Call, Key Discussion Points, Agreed Next Steps, and Commercial Opportunity — no manual note-taking required.
Confidence indicator: Shows the AI's confidence level in the generated summary.
Recording player: Play back the call audio directly within Lifesycle. Scrub to any point in the conversation.
Transcript search: Search within the call transcript to jump to specific keywords or moments.
Contact link: If the number is matched to a Lifesycle contact, a direct link to their profile is shown.
Staff Member Link: Shows which Lifesycle user handled the call, based on Zoom user matching.
How to review a call:
Navigate to Communication Hub › Phone Calls from the left sidebar.
Find the call in the call log list by date, staff member, or contact name.
Click the call row to open the Call Detail view.
Read the AI Call Summary for a quick overview, or use the recording player for the full conversation.
Use transcript search to find a specific part of the conversation by keyword.
Click the contact link to jump directly to the client's profile in Lifesycle.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Transcripts: You will only see the transcripts of conversations if you have enabled audio transcripts for your calls in your ZOOM SETTINGS. You do not enable audio transcripts from Lifesycle.
Recording availability: Recordings are available only if call recording is enabled in your Zoom Phone settings. Contact your Zoom administrator if recordings are missing.
Staff Link: If a call shows no staff member, the Zoom user who made the call has not been matched to a Lifesycle user. Go to Zoom Account Detail and resolve the mapping.
