BETA - Zoom: Blacklisting Phone Numbers.

B
Written by Brad Roby

You can blacklist phone numbers to exclude them from any call logging in Lifesycle.

Go to Settings >> Communication Hub Settings

Then go to Phone Calls >> Blacklist

What you'll see

Blacklist tab: Located within Phone Calls settings alongside the Zoom Accounts tab.

Table columns: Name · Phone Number · Added At · Actions (trash icon to remove).

"+ Add to Blacklist" button (pink, top right): Add a new number to the exclusion list.

Trash icon: Each entry can be individually removed to restore logging for that number.

How to manage the blacklist

Go to Settings › Communication Hub › Phone Calls › Blacklist.

Review the list of currently blacklisted numbers.

To add a number, click "+ Add to Blacklist" and enter the details. Calls from/to that number will no longer be logged.

To remove a number, click the trash icon next to it — logging will resume immediately.

Important Notes:

Use case: Common examples include internal office lines, test numbers, or third-party vendor numbers whose calls should not appear in client records.

Review periodically: Blacklisted numbers are silently excluded and staff won't see any calls logged for them. Audit this list regularly to ensure real client calls are not being inadvertently excluded.
