BETA - Managing your Zoom Account

Go to Settings >> Communication Hub Settings



Then click on your zoom account to open up the detail.



What you'll see:

Account header: Shows the Zoom account owner name and email for quick identification.

"Sync Zoom Users" button (top right): Refreshes the user list from Zoom — use this after adding new Zoom users.

Search bar: Find a specific Zoom user within this account.

Table columns: Zoom User (name + email) · Phone Number · Lifesycle User (editable field) · Status · Actions (trash icon).

Status Auto Matched: Lifesycle has automatically matched the Zoom user to a Lifesycle account (usually by matching email). No manual action needed.

Lifesycle User field (editable): If auto-matching fails, manually type the correct Lifesycle user to link the Zoom user to.

How to manage user matching

Click on a Zoom account row in the Zoom Accounts list to open its detail view.

Review the Status column — any user showing Auto Matched is correctly linked.

For users without a match, click the Lifesycle User field and type the correct user's name to create a manual link.

If newly added Zoom users are missing, click "Sync Zoom Users" to pull the latest list from Zoom.

To remove a user mapping, click the trash icon in the Actions column.

PLEASE NOTE:

Auto Matching: Lifesycle matches Zoom users to Lifesycle accounts using the email address. If both share the same email, matching happens automatically with no configuration required.

Unmatched users: Calls made by an unmatched Zoom user will not be attributed to any Lifesycle staff member, they appear as unknown in call logs. Always resolve unmatched users promptly.
