When you book a market appraisal on Lifesycle, if the property becomes available and is published to your Neuron website, the valuers details (photograph, name, contact details) will be shown in a banner below the property advert.
On the property detail in Lifesycle, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page in the overview, you will see who the MA is booked for, this translates to the banner at the bottom of the property on your neuron website.

When booking your market appraisal, select the valuer of the property by clicking the Valuer/Booked for drop down and selecting a user from the list.
This marks them as the valuer, and if the property becomes available, then their details will show in a banner at the bottom of the property advert on your Neuron website.
If you want to edit the valuer for an existing market appraisal/publsihed property, first go to the property detail and go to the MA tab.
Then scroll down to the appointment, click the three dots, then click edit.
Then select the valuer from the drop down list as you would if you were booking a new valuation and update the appointment.
This will update the banner at the bottom of the property advert on your neuron website with the new valuers details.
To change the picture that shows up for each valuer on the banner, you need to go to your settings >> Branch settings, in Lifesycle.
Select a branch.
Select the user you wish to add/update the image for.
Select the round 'change photo' icon at the top of the tab on the right.
Once you have added your photo in there, it will update the photo that shows for that particular valuer when their information shows underneath the property advert on the neuron website.
