If the contact has a passive search profile, they will not recieve property matches, and they can also not book in viewings or make offers on properties.
When booking a viewing for a contact, if the search profile is passive, you have the option to switch it on directly from the booking page, or you have the option to automatically create a new 'virtual profile' based on the property they would like to view.
If you click set active, the profile becomes active, property matches start going out again, and you continue with the booking of the viewing appointment.
If you click Continue with new profile, a 'Virtual Profile' will be automatically created based on the property they would like to view.
As you can see in this example, the virtual profile created is a 1 mile radius of the postcode of the property they would like to view, with a minumim and maximum price range or £50,000 either side of the property price.
