Here is a quick run through of our newly improved Dashboard.
At the top of the Dashboard, we have some basic stats such as MA's booked and attended. These are the stats related to the branch and time frame that has been selected in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can click on any of these stats to see the list of properties/contacts.
Below the branch stats on the left, there is a list of your upcoming events in the calendar. On the right of that is a list of your tasks. Click here to learn more about the Taskforce.
Below this you have your branches 'Rocks' your rocks show you your active potential listings, active potential viewings, your leads and your SDV's.
Mark Burgess defines 'Rocks' as the following: 'Think of the beach. At the beach you have sand, pebbles and rocks. Think of mundane day to day things as the sand, think of your slightly more important tasks as pebbles, and think of your business fundamentals as rocks. Now imagine your day is a glass. If you put the sand in first there is no room for your pebbles and rocks in the glass. If the Rocks go in first then the sand will still find it's way in to the glass and fill in the cracks.'
Rocks allows you to focus on your branch's potential Listings and Viewings. Set up Rocks by adding My Areas
You can click on any of these stats too see the list of active potential listings, active potential viewings, leads, SDV's and their recent activity.
