We have the ability to perform AML checks on contacts in Lifesycle, AML checks also include an ID check. This is all done through our Client Verification Suite.
All UK government sanctions are included in the AML checks, as well as:

You have the option to send out a payment link along with the AML, when the contact makes payment the AML will open and they will be able to complete the check.
To perform an AML check on a contact that does not charge the contact, simply go to the contact profile, and go to the overview.
Under the Client Verification section, click actions, then click 'Request Verification via SMS' or 'Request Verification via Email.
A warning pop up will show, explaining that you will use your AML credits for this verification, but you will not be recieving payment from the contact. Click Yes to continue with the process.
If you have chosen to send the verification request via SMS, this will then show a pop up in which you will send an SMS to the contact asking them to complete the AML check. The link to the AML will be included in the text message. Press send.
PLEASE NOTE: As this message is quite large, it will use 3 SMS Credits.
If you wish to change the message, contact support.
If you have sent the verification request via Email, the email template will show so you can make edits before sending.
PLEASE NOTE: Whether you send out the request via SMS or via Email, the AML check MUST be completed on a mobile phone. The AML check requires the contact to take pictures of ID's and utility bills.
Once an AML request as been sent, the contact has 14 DAYS to complete the AML check. If it is not completed in 14 days, another request must be sent.

Sending an AML that charges the contact:
To send out an AML that requires payment before completing then as before go to the contact detail, and go to the overview. Under the client verification section, click action and then Request Payment & Verification via SMS or Request Payment & Verification via Email.
This will then show a pop up in which you will send an SMS to the contact asking them to make a secure payment and complete the AML check. The link to the payment will be included in the text message. Press send.
Once the contact clicks the link and makes payment, the AML will automatically open.

If you have selected to send the payment annd verification through email, a pop up will show with the email template and the link to payment so you can make edits before sending.
Once an AML request as been sent, the contact has 24 HOURS to make payment. Once payment is made they have 14 DAYS to complete the AML check. If it is not completed in 14 DAYS, another verification request must be sent. Whether you charge for the second request is up to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The default price set for your contacts to pay is £60. You can request for this price to be changed internally by contacting support.
For each payment made, there are fees that are deducted from the final amount you will receive. These fees are subject to change, but will be detailed in your summary each month.
For each successful £60 payment, the amount returned to you is around £35.
On the 2nd of the month billing is automatically generated and the monies accumulated from the previous months successful payments (minus fees) is returned to you.
Whether you charge your contacts for the verification or not, you will still need to keep your AML credits topped up. Click here for information on AML credits.
When a verification check has been completed, an email will be sent to you letting you know the check has been completed with the current status of the AML and who it is from. To switch this off or decide who this notification gets sent to, go to automations.
You can check the progress of the AML checks you have sent out on the contact detail by checking the overview, if you click on the status of the AML it will give you a more detailed rundown.
When you open up a completed AML you will be able to check it in more detail. You will see a timeline of everything that has gone, download the AML document, upload your own documents to the check and manually pass the AML check. You can even upload your own documents whilst the AML is still pending.
You can also check on all of your AML requests by going to Operations >> Client Verification Suite.
Here you will see a list of all the AML's you have sent out and their current status. You can click on these too open up the verification detail.
When clicking the three dots, you can open up the verification detail or re-send the verification link. On a paid AML you can also resend the payment link.
When you go in to the detail, you will be able to see the timeline, download the AML document and update the status if it requires review. If you update an AML status, you must leave a note as to why you have updated the status. You can also upload your own documents to the AML verification.
