Lifesycle will email the applicant asking for feedback but you are also able to add feedback manually. You can do this from the property page or from the applicant search profile.
Click contacts
Search and click on the name of the applicant who is providing the feedback
Click Search Profile
Click Viewings
Click the three dots
Choose Record Feedback to input the information yourself or you can choose Request Feedback to send an email/SMS to the applicant.
To Record Feedback yourself fill out the popup and click submit. You can also leave internal notes on the feedback too. These will go on to a feedback timeline that you can see when you open up the feedback detail.
You can continue to add notes to the feedback timeline after submitting if you need too.
You can report the feedback from the feedback detail by clicking action at the top of the feedback form. When you do this you can choose to report the feedback via email, or you can mark the feedback as reported verbally if you have spoken to them over the phone or in person to report the feedback.
Reporting feedback via email will bring up the email template in which you will write out the feedback and send to the vendor/landlord.
Reporting verbally will just mark the feedback as reported.
If you are not in the feedback detail and would like to report the feedback either through email or verbally, click the three dots on the viewing and then choose Report Feedback, or Report Feedback Verbally to mark the feedback as reported.
Again, clicking report feedback will bring up the email template in which you will write out the feedback and send to the vendor/landlord. Clicking report verbally will just mark the feedback as reported.
