The Property Detail Page includes details about the property, the Market Appraisal appointment and presentation, matched applicants, viewings, offers, and more. Here is the full rundown of the page.

To access Property Details for a specific property, first click Properties

Search for and click the property address

You will now see all of the property information.

Property type - sales or lettings

Market Appraisal or Instructions

Current Status of the property along with the black button to change the status

Property address and information (Bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions, price)

Property Type and Style

Click on the Vendor/Landlord name to look at their Contact Detail

Sticky note - an always editable in your face note about the property

Add in notes for the property as needed. Don't forget to click save. The note will go in the timeline

The Overview Tab beneath CRM Notes gives you further details of the property.
On the left, you can see the property pictures and the property features.
In the middle, you can see offers. Here you can see the different statuses of the offers, rejected, pending, withdrawn and so on.
On the right, you can see the viewings. Again, you can see the statuses of the viewings, such as unconfirmed, confirmed, cancelled etc.

If you scroll down a little further, to the left you will see the Milestones. Milestones are the important dates related to your property, for example the date of instruction, the date the property was made available, the date it was made SSTC and many more.
In the middle you can see whether the property has been published to the website and the portals. To publish the property just click the arrow to the right of the portal name.
On the right you can see the alarm and key codes.

If you scroll a little further, you have the option to create a sales board.

The Timeline tab shows activity for the property

MA tab is all about the appointment and Market Appraisal presentation. Click any of the drop downs or the names of the sections to view full details.

When looking at the Market Appraisal - the off-on button needs to be turned to on (green) in order for a contact to view it. Again, use the drop downs to open more details on each.

The Detail Tab shows details on the property. To start, the vendor/landlord, tenant(s) details are at the top.

Property info - property type, style, number of bedrooms bathrooms, receptions price and more can be edited here. Don't forget to click save!

Map - Here you can check the location of the property on the map. If it's not quite in the right place, simply click and drag the pin to move it where you want. This ensures that your property shows in the correct place on the portals.

Property Features - Property Features for the portals and your website are located here

Advert Info - Advert Info is information for the portals and your website about the property.

The Other Profiles Tab shows any Market Appraisals that were done on this property for a previous owner.

The Media tab is where you upload photos, EPC, floor plans and more. Drag and drop or click here to browse for files.

When you've uploaded photos or files, you can click on the lines shown below and drag the images so they are in the order you wish them to be.

The Matched Applicants tab shows all of the applicants in Lifesycle that have been automatically matched to this property. You can take different actions with those applicants based on where they are in the process (not seen the property, upcoming viewing, completed viewing but needs feedback, provided feedback, made offer, and etc)

Click the three dots to the right of the matched applicant to take specific action. An example is below:

The Viewings Tab includes anyone who has booked a viewing for the property. Again, click the three dots to take different action based on where the applicant is in the process. They want to book a second viewing? They called with Feedback? Report the feedback to the client? Make an offer - all happens in Viewings. Detail will allow you to edit the details of the viewing.

The Offers Tab tracks all of your offers. Click on the three dots to take action on an offer. Detail will allow you to edit the offer.
