The Contact Detail page breaks down the most important information about each person in your database.
Starting from the top here are all of the important bits to know:
The Contact Photo can quickly be changed by clicking on the photo.
The green circle on the photo shows you the contact is active
From a mobile device or any device that has an phone app, you can click on the phone number to call the contact
You can quickly email the contact by clicking on their email address
Alternatively, you can click the buttons along the bottom.
Contact Source is how the contact first reached out to you. Market Appraisal, or manual input are two examples.
Related User and Branch is who this contact is working within your company and what Branch they are located in.
Start Date tell you when the client first visited your site or was added to the database (if they called in but hadn't been to your website first).
Last Seen is their last digital activity with you
Sticky Note is the note that will always be right at the top - something important to remember about the contact or to know right away when looking at their detail
CRM Notes - Add contact notes to the Timeline here. Notes about the property should go on the property detail page
Timeline gives you a chronological list of the contact's activity. This includes all emails and SMS that have been sent, visits to the website and appointments with your team. You are able to filter by event type and date here.
The Related Properties tab shows the properties you have done valuations on for this contact.
The address is listed followed by the status of that Market Appraisal (Appointment Booked, Market Appraisal sent, instructed us and etc.) The number of bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions are listed and then the type of appraisal they have requested (Sales or Lettings). Click on the arrow to go through to these property profiles.
The About Tab gives you an in-depth look at the Contact Details, Custom information, tags, what blogs have been read, what audiences the contact is in, their subscription information and any answers to questions you have asked them.
Contact Info Here, you are able to edit the contact information: Contact name, email, telephone number and address. Add New Communication allows you to add new email addresses.
Tags help you further identify contacts. You can add or delete any of the tags here.
Content viewed allow you to see in detail what Blogs the contact has read, how many times they have read each one and read those blogs yourself.
Subscriptions shows the consent of each subscription type.

Subscription Timeline This showsus when a contact has subscribed or unsubscribed, and whether this was done by the contact, or a Lifesycle user.
Questions and Answers are the questions you have asked the client - examples are during the Market Appraisal Appointment call or in a form. Use the drop down arrow to view details.
Files - you are able to upload and store files such as photos, documents here.
Search Profile Allows you to view/create search profiles for the contact and manage any matched properties, viewings, and offers on each search profile the contact has.
Taskforce allows you to view, edit and create and manage any tasks in the system related to this particular contact.
