After you have created a Market Appraisal Appointment and have attended the appointment date, you are ready to create and send the Market Appraisal Presentation. Here are the easy steps:
1. Find the Appointment: You can easily find it in two ways.
Click on Properties
Use the Search Bar: Search by address, First Name, Surname, post code, etc and then click on the address
or Click on the appointment date in the Calendar:
2. Click the dots: Once you have opened the appointment, click the three dots which are located on the top right hand corner of the black appointment box
Choose Create Appraisal. This will change the appointment to a Market Appraisal - it cannot be changed back to an appointment so be sure you are ready for this before clicking 'Create Appraisal':
Beneath the appointment information is now the Market Appraisal presentation builder:
The information you had already entered is all here. You are able to quickly add a few bits and then send it or you can add as many details as you would like.
Tip: Click on the drop down arrows to view information in each of the below sections.
3. Valuation Info:
Required fields:
Valuation Price: You do not need to add all three of these prices but you must enter at least one.
If you select a price qualifier (offers over, fixed price etc) then the min and max will be blocked and you will not be able to enter them in.
Fee Quote, Fee Type and Vat: These are required fields however you do not need to show them on the presentation and can easily Hide the Fee.
Duration Information: This is the Duration of your agreement with the client. You can choose NA if you do not want a Duration on the presentation
Valuation Note: This is not client-facing. These notes are for your knowledge and will not be on the presentation.
4. Click Save: Save this section before making the presentation Live.
At this point, you can make the presentation Live and Send the information. We will go through these steps now. If you would like to add further details, there are links at the bottom of this article detailing every option to add.
5. Turn on the Presentation site, Preview it and Send it to the Client: Build the website of the presentation for your clients to visit by clicking this button to make the line green. If it is not On, the contact will receive a 404 error. This is off:

Click the 3 dots and Preview to preview the presentation before sending
Click Quick Send to send the default text of the email and SMS or Edit and Send to edit the information before it goes out to the contact.

You have completed sending the presentation! We will notify you if the contact has not opened the email within 24 hours. Once they click on the presentation, we will notify you when they are active on your site, have read a blog or looked at their Market Appraisal Presentation.
