Once you have converted the market appraisal to an instruction. You will need to add media and other details before publishing it to the portals.
First, click Detail and make any edits to the information here
Add tenant contact information here:
Check the property info tab and make any changes necessary.
Important note: If you are uploading your properties to the portals, remember to enter the 'Display Address'. The display address is what will be seen on the portals. If this is not entered it will automatically pull the full address above without the house number, and display this on the portals.

Create the Advert
Next, click on Media to add photos, epc, floor plans and more.
Important Note: When adding media, it is important to make sure that the file names do not include any special characters. These include things like . , '-_?!/\=+#@ etc. If these characters are added it will prevent the file from uploading on to the property. Removing these characters also reduces the chance of any virus attacks.
Finally, at the top of the page, update the status from OnHold to Available
When a property is made Available, you can publish it to your search page and Lifesycle will search all of your buyer and tenant search profiles and automatically email the property to anyone it matches with even before publishing it to the portals!
