Instructions and Publishing Properties - How to publish a property to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and your website.

In order to upload a property to Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket, you will need to have completed the following steps:

1. created a market appraisal appointment,

2. converted it to a presentation and sent it out

3. converted the presentation to an instruction

4. add media and other information about the property

Before publishing, remember to check the map. To do this, go to the details tab and then click Map.

Make sure that the pin is in the correct place. If it is not, just simply click and drag the pin to the correct place on the map. This will ensure that the map location is correct on the portals.

Once you have completed these steps, go to Overview

Scroll down on the overview tab to publish the property on your website and the portals. Choose which portal you want to share to by clicking the arrow to the right of the name of the portal or your website.

Choose to schedule or publish right now

When it has been published, the button next to the portal name will be green.
