It is very important to keep your Instruction statuses up to date. Completions involve a second step which allows you to enter the new vendor's information as a potential future instruction. In addition to a congratulations on your new property email, we will send the vendor an email every year wishing them a happy anniversary and encouraging them to have you value their home.
Once you have chosen Completed, this button will appear below.
Click Enter New Owner Details, and a form will show in a pop out box, fill out this form and click Save. We take it from there through automations.
If the contact has recently completed, you will tick the Send congratulations email box. If it is a historical property, please do not tick this - the contact will then receive an email on the anniversary only.
