In Lifesycle, you have the option to send out a SOLNY(Sold or Let Near You) email to anyone who's property is in the status of proposal sent, which informs them that you have sold/let another property in their area.
We can turn on SOLNY emails in Marketing and Autopilot >> Automations.
From here we can see all automations that we have in Lifesycle. To turn on the SOLNY emails we need to find the automations which say:
When you change the status of a market appraisal to SSTC with us, we will create an email about the success advising we need more properties and send it to all Vendors with the status of “MA/Proposal Sent” within (miles)
And
When you change the status of a market appraisal to Let with us, we will create an email about the success advising we need more properties and send it to all Landlords with the status of “MA/Proposal Sent” within (miles)
First of all make sure the these automations are turned on, just check the tab on the right is green as you can see above.
From here we can also edit how large or small the radius is around the property you have changed to SSTC/Let with us.
For example, if it is set to 5 miles. When you make a property SSTC/Let with us, every potential vendor and landlord within 5 miles of that property with the status of proposal sent will receive an email informing them that another property has been sold/let near them and we need more properties like theirs.
