To access leads, you can go down to your rocks on the dashboard and go straight through to your leads or unassigned leads.

Or you can click on Leads in the Left side menu to access the same page without the additional filters of the portal applied (this shows all portals as default):

Once you have accessed leads, you will see a setup similar to your email inbox. At the top of the page you are able to Search and Filter.

Search - for an address or name.

User - Select a user to pull up leads assigned to them.

Filter - choose how you view the leads. Sort to put the leads in a certain order or filter qualified and unqualified leads.

Let's look at the left side menu. Think of this list as an inbox of folders and subfolders. Each folder has a number next to it telling you exactly how many leads are in that folder. You choose the folder to view the leads located in that folder. Even when you are looking at the detail page of a lead, this side menu will remain so you can navigate to other leads. This should be very familiar to you as just about every email provider uses this formatting.

Here are the folders:

My Leads- these are the leads that have been assigned to you.

Branch names - choose a branch to see those leads

In Progress Leads - show leads that you are actively working on and have not marked as closed

Flagged Leads - these are leads that the Lifesycle AI has marked as important because the contact has been identified as a vendor either by yourself or by answering the question that they have a property to sell. You can also flag leads manually.

Unassigned Leads - go on then! Grab and assign a lead. Unassigned Leads are just that - leads that have come into Lifesycle but have yet to be assigned to a user

Closed Leads - the property has sold, the lead doesn't want to view it after all, close a lead when you are done working it. You can reopen any lead you want!

Below Closed Leads is your Filter. Please set each user a default view of leads in Branch Settings but they will also be able to tick the below boxes to choose to see outside of their default. That way, if someone is covering a department they usually don't, they can view any leads they need to.

You can also filter by the Lead Source - the colour coding of these are mentioned later.

Once you choose the folder, the leads immediately appear in a list. You can tick 'All' to complete one of the below actions on all leads in that folder.

You can tick individual leads as well (as many as you would like within that folder) and the same options will appear.

The type of lead (Sales, Lettings or Sales & Lettings) are listed on each lead. To the right of the type, is the colour coded source - the colours are listed on the left side of the page to help you identify which source sent the lead.

Below this is the name of the contact
