Understand the Lead Detail Page

To access this page for each lead, click the three dots next to the Lead name on the Leads homepage and then click Detail

Starting at the top of the page:

1.Return to the previous folder without making changes.

2. Lead Source - Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket

3. Sales, Lettings or Sales & Lettings

4. Assign the lead - automatically shows the current user. Click to change to other urser

5. Date of lead

6. Flag lead - Lifesycle's AI automatically flags leads that are vendors. You can toggle the flag or manually flag a lead

7. Action - send an email or an SMS or close the lead

We can also see who the lead was previously assigned to if they have come in to the system previously. This is located next to the date.

If the lead has not qualified you are able to see the last time an email was sent and resend as necessary

1. Lead name, email and phone number - click here to visit their contact profile

2. VBLT - Vendor, Buyer, Landlord, Tenant

3. Subject - property of interest address

4. Lead details - the information provided by the portal. The below example is from OnTheMarket.

Below the contact details, we can see the property profile card. We can click this to go directly to the property profile, vendor details are also located on the right.

Qualification Questions and their answers are below. You are able to add new answers or edit the answers the lead provided yourselves. For example, if someone answers the questions on the phone or in your office, you are able to keep the lead up-to-date.

Click the drop down and pick the answer that most closely fits. The questions and available answers are pre-determined by us so that you can segment your data more easily - meaning you can separate out your contacts by the answers they provide and email or sms them or even micro-campaign to them using Facebook Ads Manager.

Finally, add a note to the contact timeline so that you can track your leads. Choose what type of note it is, and don't forget to click Save Note this also shows on the timeline in the lead detail page.

The icon on the note changes depending on the type of note chosen.
