When in the sales progression, if we click the 3 dots on the right of the buyers details, then we can open up the sales chain.
When we open up the sales chain, we can see the vendor and buyer and their solicitor details (providing that they have been entered in the MOS or pulled over from the offer). We can click on the plus sign above the vendor or below buyer to add in properties in to the sales chain.
When we click on either of these plus signs, we open up the side tab to add in the property chain details.
We clicked the plus sign above the vendor, so in this case the buyer is the vendor of our property. Then we would enter in the address of the property, and the price.
Now we can enter in the estate agents details. If the estate agent has already been added before and in our suppliers list, then we can simply search for the estate agency name.
Now the agency has been selected, we will search the employee from that estate agents.
All the details of the agency and employee will auto populate as they are pulled over from your suppliers.
Now if you had not worked with this agency before and they are not in your suppliers list, you can add in a new company and then this will also update your suppliers list so that in the future you can simply search for the company. The same goes for any new employees. Just click 'Can't find Estate Agent?'
Then fill out the company details.
Then click 'Create A Contact?' and enter in the employees details.
Next we add in the vendor/buyer (depending on where we are in the sales chain) of the property in the chain.
Then we enter in any notes that need to be made for this part of the chain and then click update.
The property has now been added to the chain.
As you can see we can also split the chain and add other properties in next to properties that are already in the chain. Click the plus sign to the side and follow the same steps.
To add in any further properties in the chain, or any notes or milestones that you would like recorded on the chain itself. Simply click the plus sign above or below (not on the right) after the first level of the chain has been added, then enter in the details and click Add.
We can mark the end of the chain by clicking on the Padlock. When we click on the open padlock to lock it, the chain is marked as ended.
If we then click on the locked padlock to re-open it, you can then add back on on the chain.
