When we click through to the Memorandum of Sale from the sales progression, the first we can see is the property details, and the vendor and purchaser details.

Below that, we have the vendor and purchaser solicitor details, once you enter these in and click save, they will also show on the sales progression page. Solicitors details are saved under suppliers, so if you start to enter in the details of a solicitor that has been used before, then you will be able to select that solicitor from a drop down list and the fields will auto populate. Click here to learn more about suppliers and how they integrate.

Then we have all the typical information that goes in to the MOS and you enter that in accordingly.

Once you have done filling everything in, remember to click save!

Now below the information, on the bottom right of the screen we have a preview button, and an edit and send email button.

Lets take a look at the preview button first. When you click the preview button, you have 2 options, you can click to view the MOS, or the property brochure.

When you click to preview the MOS, you will see the MOS in PDF format. You can click along the top to see the different MOS's that go out to the respective contacts, you can also download and print these documents here too.

Now let's take a look at previewing the Property Brochure.

When we click preview >> Property Brochure, we then see our property brochure in PDF format and we can download and print from here.

Now let's take a look at the Edit and Send Email button on the MOS. If we click edit and send email, we receive a pop up where we can select who we would like to send the MOS to.

We can also click the edit button on the right of the user name to make edits to the email that gets sent to that particular contact.

When we do this, we can see the original template that will be sent to them, and then we can select, deselect, and add documents on to the e-mail by clicking the paper clip. We can also schedule the time it's sent out by clicking the clock. We can also CC in up to 3 extra email address per recipient of the MOS. For example we can CC 3 email addresses in to the email that goes to the Purchaser solicitor, and CC 3 different email addresses in the email that goes to the Vendor Solicitor.
