We have the ability to enrol AI Property Scouts in to our Lifesycle system. These scouts will scan the market in the area of your choosing and bring up potential properties that you could list. These properties could have fallen through, had a price reduction or have been on the market for a number of weeks with another agent. From this list you can reach out to the owners of these properties and try to book in a MA appointment.
How to enrol an AI property Scout.
To gain access to AI property scouts you first need to contact [email protected] and send us the districts you'd like this activated for - (example W1, E17, HU1). We will then set up your AI property scouts accordingly.
Once access set up, you can then go to settings >> AI property scouts.
You can upgrade your package from this page if needed. Each package allows you to have up to a certain amount of scouts.
When in the AI property scouts page, click the box on the top left on the screen which says 'select package'
From here you will see the package pricing and the amount of scouts included in each package. Select your package and continue.
Once you have selected your package, you can then begin to add scouts. To do this, click the button on the right of the screen which read 'Add New AI Scout'
First of all, you can name your scout. A name will be randomly generated for you, but you can re name it if you like.
Next you will search the district. To do this you will enter in a postcode. Each scout you add will monitor one postcode area for you. The districts or postcodes you search and add are only partial postcodes. For example 'WN1, M17, L10' etc.
Then you will select which tasks you want the scout to perform for you. The tasks you can choose from are as follows, (you can select more than one)
Identify newly listed properties: Your scout will scan the market and inform you of properties that have been recently listed with other agents in the district you have chosen.
Find off-market properties: Your scout will scan market data, and identify and inform you of any homeowners that are likely to sell their property soon.
Update past appraisal status: Your scout will scan market data and track any properties that you have previously valued, and update the property status accordingly if it notices a change in the data (decided to sell with another agent etc)
Match addresses to contact: Your scout will scan market data and cross reference it with your own contact data. Matching contacts you have in Lifesycle to the properties that it is scanning.
Once you have selected the tasks, press save.
Congratulations! You just added your first scout! Your AI scout will now handle all the tasks you have selected in the district you have chosen. You can add more AI scouts as long as your package has room for more.
