Search for properties you have entered into the system, create a quick search of properties that fit certain criteria, and see at a glance the status of a market appraisal.
Click on Properties in the left side menu. It is highlighted in magenta below
Search for a single property by using the search bar. Enter the criteria such as street address or post code and click the magnifying glass. Reset your search by clicking the return arrow.
Create a list of properties that fit a certain criteria by click Quick Search.
Fill in your criteria and click Search. To reset the search, click the return arrow.
You can sort the results of the list or all of the properties by the following criteria:
Date Created
Number of Bedrooms
Last Status Change
Each property is listed out with details you will want to see at a glance:
Market Appraisal or Potential - if the contact was entered for a market appraisal appointment this will be listed here as Market Appraisal. If the property has completed with you, came in as an instant valuation or was entered manually it will be listed as Potential.
Status of Market appraisal - find a list of statuses here
Price or the Final Fee and Final Sale Price- When the Market Appraisal is active or pending, the prices you have valued the property with are here.
When the property has been marked as Completed, the Final Fee you earned and sale price will be listed here.
The number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Receptions are listed here.
The type of valuation - Sales or Lettings - is listed here
The vendor(s) name and communication status is listed here. To the right is the branch and valuer name.
Not sent have red icons
Sent but not opened have green icons
Opened have a blue icon
To view a property detail, you can click on the address or on the arrow on the right hand side. Click here to learn about the property detail page.
We can also use the filter to narrow down the list of properties that we want to see.
This is located under the quick search.
As you can see we can filter by dates( valuation date/property created etc), users, branches and property status.
