Each property has a profile page where you can view details about the property, its vendors, the market appraisal and timeline as well as much more.
Find a breakdown of each of the sections of the page below.
Market Appraisal Type: Sales or Lettings
Market Appraisal will be listed here if it is a one, Potential will be listed if the property has come in from an instant valuation, was entered manually without a market appraisal appointment or is a property that has the status of completed.
Market Appraisal Status: in the below example, the status is set as Proposal Sent. See a full list of available statuses here
The address is listed here and, below, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions are listed.
On properties with active Market Appraisals, the price(s) will be listed here. On Potential properties, the final fee and final sales price will be listed in the Potential tab under Completion Info, if one has been entered (this is when you have completed on this property before and have added the new owner's information in to nurture for long term prospecting)
The Property Style and Property Type are listed at the top so that you can easily speak to the contact about their property.
The Vendor(s) are listed as well as the status of the communication you have sent. Click here to see a list of the communication statuses
You can add a sticky note to the property. This will always be right at the top of the profile.
The MA Tab - View and edit the details about the Market Appraisal Appointment here.
The appointment date is always in Magenta
The Branch and Valuer are listed to the right
Following that is the scheduled Start and End times
The property address is listed to the right of the end time
Contact - Click on the contact tab below the appointment to view the contact. Click on the contact name to view the contact detail page.
Property- Click the property tab to view information like Category, Property Type, and Tenure.
Questions - Click the Questions tab to view discovery questions
Click the three dots at the right of the appointment to see a list of actions.
You can Create an Appraisal based on the appointment. When you click on this, it will convert the appointment to a Market Appraisal. A Market Appraisal Presentation cannot be converted back. Find out more about creating a Market Appraisal Here
Click on Edit to visit the Update an MA Appointment page. Here you can make any changes you need to.
Click Cancel to cancel the event and select a reason why from the drop down menu that appears.
Click Send Quick SMS & E-Mail to send an appointment reminder using the default templates.
Click Send SMS & E-Mail to edit and send an appointment reminder. You also can choose to send either both an SMS and E-Mail or send just an SMS, or send just an E-Mail.
If you have created an appraisal, you can view the appraisal details below the appointment.
Off - On - turn off the presentation so it can no longer be viewed. Turn on the presentation (green check) so that you can send the presentation and it can be viewed
The following actions below can all be accessed by clicking on the three dots on the far right of the appraisal.
Send SMS & E-mail - edit and send the Market Appraisal SMS and or E-Mail
Send Quick SMS & Email - send the default Market Appraisal SMS and E-Mail templates
Preview - preview the Market Appraisal presentation
Click on any of the below sections to view different parts of the Market Appraisal
Contact - provides details about the contacts associated with the property (property owners for example)
Property Info - provides details about the property such as the address, Market appraisal type, the age, land, size and tenure
Valuation Info - shows the valuation information for the presentation such as price, the fee quote, fee type duration of agreement. Valuation notes are not contact facing and are for your own information only.
Comparable Properties - allow you to add the comparable properties you went over in your appointment
FAQ - these frequently asked questions are usually created by the company owner or admin but can be edited for just this market appraisal here.
Marketing Plan and Overview - both of these sections are usually created by the company owner or admin but can be edited for just this market appraisal here.
Asked Questions - when a contact asks a question through the presentation, the questions appear here for your convenience.
The Timeline Tab - provides a chronological list of activities related to the property.

Other Profiles Tab - click here to view a history of the property with other owners. In 2015, you did a market appraisal on the property for Mr. Johnson for example.
