When a buyer or tenant is registered in Lifesycle, you create a search profile of the criteria they are looking for in a property. Add buyers or tenants and what they are looking for and Lifesycle will send that contact all of the properties that match their needs right away. We will also send them properties as you add them - this puts the right information (your amazing listing) in front of the right people (the buyer or tenant who wants a property like this), at the right time (as soon as it comes to market)!

Once you have registered the buyer or tenant, a search profile will show up on their contact profile. You can access any buyer or tenant search profile by clicking on Contacts

Search for and then click on the contact name to open the contact detail page

On the contact detail page, choose Search Profiles

2_search_profile.jpg

On the right side are all of the active and historical search profiles for this contact. If they have the green dot and line above, they are active and when it is grey it is a historical search and we will no longer match and send properties out for that particular search.

Each applicant can have multiple locations in one search profile and they can also have multiple search profiles.

Here's an example: Edna Mode has called you and she would like a 3 bedroom terraced home 1 mile from EN9 1JA but are willing to look at EN9 1UR as well - both of these searches would be in one profile.

Edna is also looking for a 2 bedroom flat anywhere in Walthamstow - this would be in another search profile.

You can add an additional search profile by clicking add new buy or add new ten on the left side.
