At the creation page, you will see the criteria, and at the bottom you will have a number of contacts that will change as you change your criteria. You can click on this number at any time to preview the contacts in the audience at that current moment.

There are 4 criteria types you can use. Pick and choose fields within each to build your audience.

You can leave any of the below fields blank if you do not want to group clients by that criteria.

Contact Related is about the contact themselves. Contact Lead Source and register date are just a couple of the choices available here. We can filter through the VBLT profiles, Branch Areas, salutation, contact source, lead source, register date etc.

Contact Activity Related - this criteria is based on actions the contact has taken, forms completed, the specific answers they have given, the dates they filled out the form, and also their subscriptions.

Property Related - this set of criteria is about the properties.

From here we can filter through things like sales/lettings properties, MA status of the properties, location, and property criteria etc. This will pull up the vendors of properties you have done market appraisals for which match this property criteria.

Applicant criteria allows you to choose which Search Profiles you are looking for - Buyer or Tenant, their Status - on or off (receiving property matching or not), and Locations that they are searching in within a certain mileage. You can also filter through the discovery questions and the answers to those questions to find which contacts responded in what way.

Once you have selected all of the criteria, click Save and name your audience. You can now see this audience saved in the list of audiences.
